Poppy Stowell-Evans (she/her) is a History and Political Science major with a focus on social movements. She’s passionate about social justice, especially climate and labor justice, and has worked with several groups both on and off campus to pursue that passion. On campus, she’s been involved with YIRA and MUNTY, where she especially enjoyed serving as Head Delegate last year. She’s also worked as a CCE and in the Morse Buttery, where she makes the best Jim Stanley’s and milkshakes! Poppy is proudly from Newport in South Wales, UK, and will happily teach you some Welsh if you ask. Outside of class, you can find her listening to music, watching reality TV, enjoying a romantic comedy from the ’90s or 2000s, or grabbing coffee with friends.
